With a sumptuously rich, dark finish, the matt bronze faceplate of this 13A 2 Gang Switched Socket, DP is complimented with the warm tones of a brushed brass switch. Part of the Soho Fusion range, this blend of bronze and brass gives a uniquely refined twist on a classic, elegant finish.
This 13A socket is a double pole socket. A double pole socket switches both the live and neutral to ensure safe isolation of the plugged in appliance.
What is a double pole socket?
A double pole socket (also known as a double throw socket) ensures the safe isolation of the plugged appliance by switching both the live and neutral. This is safer than using a single pole socket.
